ART EXHIBIT: GARY HAWK
Gary Hawk, of Iola, Kansas, is an award winning Western watercolor artist of international renown. For more than thirty years, he has successfully been capturing the essence, beauty, and realism of the American West that has always been an important part of his life.
His creations are in the private collections of prominent political and religious leaders, actors, astronauts, and presidents. Gary's paintings have also widely adorned magazines, trade journals and telephone directories, and he has appeared on television and in person before numerous groups, schools and associations.
Gary Hawk's prominent theme in Western art ties perfectly with this year's Buster Keaton Celebration "Keaton and the Wild West". We are excited to share our local art celebrity with our many Keaton visitors from around the world.
The exhibit will be open weekdays from 8am - 4pm and during the Keaton Celebration event.
