ACC Theatre Presents: The Inspector General

Lovingly based off the Russian comedy originally published in 1836, The Inspector General is the hilarious comedy about the corrupt local government in a small town in rural North Dakota. When the locals hear of an upcoming visit from a government inspector, they begin to construct a plan to cover up their shenanigans. But when the news arrives that a census taker has been in town for two weeks, the officials conclude that this person HAS to be the dreaded Inspector General! Hijinks and mayhem ensue, cartoony antics are had, and identities are revealed in this socially distanced telling of this laugh-a-minute comedy! It’s a hoot, dontchaknow?
Tickets have to be purchased prior to the show by calling the box office at 620-365-4765.
