Projects Overview

BUSES AT THE BOWLUS

Each year the Bowlus Fine Arts Center provides school aged children the opportunity to see a live performance on the Bowlus stage – free of charge.  Students enrolled in Allen County & neighboring rural school districts (ie: Humboldt USD #258, Iola USD #257, Marmaton Valley USD #256, Crest USD #479, Yates Center USD #366) are invited through their school principals. Homeschool students are welcome to attend as well. Call us to check on availability.  MORE INFO


Kids Craft Camp

New this year!  Registration is Closed.

  • Mon - Thurs @ 3:30 - 4:30
  • 1st - 2nd grades meet Mon & Wed
  • 3rd - 5th grades meet Tues & Thurs
  • Waters will be provided
  • 20 child limit per class

SUMMER THEATRE PROGRAMS

The Bowlus Fine Arts Center offers workshops in July for local and surrounding areas children to participate in.

  • ICT/Bowlus Summer Theatre Workshop
  • Children's Summer Theatre Workshop (CSTW) 
  • Missoula Children's Theatre 

 


IOLA READS

IOLA READS is a cooperative project between the Iola Public Library, USD #257 schools and the Bowlus.  Major funding is provided by the Sleeper Family Trust and the Helen Gates Whitehead Trust through the Bowlus Fine Arts Center.
